Ryan Serravalle

Recognized as a top 20 trailblazer in Canadian Real Estate, Ryan Serravalle founded REVEL Realty Inc. alongside wife, Nicki Serravalle in 2013 after a successful basketball career, which earned him a full scholarship at the prestigious College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. After captaining The Crusaders to two Patriot League Championships including two berths in the NCAA Tournament, he played professional basketball in Italy, France, and Poland. Ryan combined his leadership experience on the court with a Psychology Degree and a Masters in Education to introduce REVEL to the Niagara Region.

Since then, Ryan has achieved top selling broker status in the Niagara Region and recognition as a social media marketing mogul affirmed by the Chamber of Commerce’s Best Business Award and Marketer of the Year from the Niagara Real Estate Board. Under Ryan’s leadership, REVEL has grown to 23 offices in Ontario, and he has spoken ubiquitously at conferences throughout Ontario about the influence of the REVELution, a movement characterized by a team first philosophy with the intent to REVELlutionize the process of trading real estate. Inspired by the rapid and positive growth of the REVEL brand, Ryan has also immersed himself in philanthropic work, which includes raising over $200,000 through REVEL’s Charity Ball, supporting local education programs, and donating to local charities, hospitals and social programs in the Niagara region.
