Natalka Falcomer

Natalka is deeply entrenched in the real estate realm with experience in law, sales, corporate development and management. Prior to joining OJO Canada, she played a key role in building a luxury brokerage, a private equity firm in the medical office space and she launched and then sold her own law firm. Due to her innovation in the legal field and volunteer work as the founder and host of a popular Rogers TV show, Toronto Speaks Legal Advice, Natalka was named as one of Canada’s Top 100 Elite Women in Real Estate by the Real Estate Professional Magazine in 2017 and, more recently, in 2018.

Natalka speaks about real estate, innovation and law at various law schools in North America, real estate forums, groups and national conferences such as Real Estate Investors Forum, Royal LePage Commercial National Conference, SpringFest and PMExpo. She writes for many real estate publications, such as Real Estate Magazine, and she is the recipient of the 2015-2016 REIC Education Award, the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award, the Patrick J Harvey Memorial Award and the 2017 and 2018 QuadReal Literary Award.

She has also obtained a Certified Leasing Officer designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s (REIC), revised REIC’s commercial leasing and negotiation courses and taught these courses across Canada. Natalka was appointed as a National REIC Director in 2019-2021, She currently serves as a Board member and Chair of the Granting Committee on the Ontario Trillium Foundation and is an Advisor with the National Association of Realtor’s prop-tech venture organization, REACH. She proudly serves OJO as the Chief Real Estate Officer.
