Joyce Paron

Joyce serves as CEO of the Canadian Division for EXIT Realty Corp. International. She is well known for strategically coaching Canadian Regional Owners and franchisees and conducts speaking engagements nationwide and workshops focused on recruiting, mindset and goal setting.

Joyce has been recognized as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate” by industry trend-watcher Stefan Swanepoel and named as one of RISMEDIA’s 2022 Real Estate Newsmakers under the category of Achievers. She is the recipient of many prestigious EXIT awards, including the Chairman Award, Award of Expertise, Leader’s Leader Award, Trusted Advisor Award, and Icon Award. Working with a strong team of Regional Owners, she spearheads EXIT’s goal of over 340 franchised offices in prosperity and 18,000 real estate professionals in Canada.
